Tomorrow’s Technology and 140 Years of Tradition

Spectacular reveals kicked off with Mazda, which launched the fully electric CX-6e SUV with an impressive 26-inch display, alongside the third generation of the best-selling CX-5. Mercedes-Benz (MB Motors) brought visitors into a historic mood with its „140 Years of Innovation” showcase, where a replica of the world’s first car – the 1886 Patent-Motorwagen – stood proudly beside the new CLA, winner of the 2026 Car of the Year title, joined by the electric GLB and GLC and the aggressive AMG range. Fans of extreme performance could admire the Hyundai IONIQ 6 N, boasting 641 hp and the World Performance Car 2026 title, as well as the Kawasaki stand, where the track-focused Ninja ZX-10R made its debut – packed with WorldSBK-derived technology, titanium connecting rods and Showa suspension.

Big Comebacks and a Market Offensive

A standout moment was the return of a legend courtesy of Renault – the electric Renault 5, blending its iconic 1970s design with a modern electric drivetrain – alongside the sixth-generation Clio, showcasing sharper new styling and an interior built around the advanced Android Automotive system. Alongside these leaders, brands including Alpine (with the debut A390 SUV), Dacia (with the long-awaited Bigster), Jeep, Leapmotor and America’s RAM with its Rampage model all unveiled their latest offerings. Visitors could also get to know the 428-hp hybrid Jaecoo 8 SUV and the Forthing S7 REEV.

Aston Martin Valhalla at Poznań Motor Show 2026

Luxury Without Compromise

The luxury and supercar zone became the visual heart of this year’s show. Aston Martin dazzled with the Polish debut of the 680-hp Vantage S. Meanwhile, the Karlik Luxury Cars x Positive Ways display let visitors admire the only Aston Martin Valhalla in Poland – a twin-turbo V8 monster producing 1,079 hp, capable of 0–100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/h. Also on show were the electric Rolls-Royce Spectre and Hongqi limousines, bringing a touch of Eastern luxury. OTOMOTO presented a Chinese sensation – the electric GAC Hyper SSR, producing over 1,200 hp and hitting 100 km/h in under 2 seconds. It was a rare chance to see the car in person, as it flew into Poland only for the duration of the show. Rounding out the visual feast were the dynamic silhouettes of the new-generation Chevrolet Corvette, the electric Dodge Charger Daytona, and sporty machines wearing the AMG badge.

Grzegorz Duda at Poznań Motor Show 2026

Poland’s Own Supercar and the Mechanics Championship

At the show, Grzegorz Duda announced his most ambitious project yet – building a Polish supercar from the ground up, with the build to be followed by viewers this autumn on TVN Turbo. The event also hosted the prestigious finals of the Mechanics Championship, a key test of skill for Poland’s best professionals and vocational-school students.

Adrenaline, Emotion and Safety

Poznań Motor Show also became a meeting point with the biggest names in motorsport, drawing crowds eager for face time with their idols. Stars such as Bartosz Zmarzlik, Kajetan „Kajto” Kajetanowicz and Kuba Przygoński took to the stages and stands, while Karolina Pilarczyk, Gosia Rdest and Kornelia Olkucka shared inspiring conversations about success in motorsport. Meet-and-greets with the youngest generation of racers – Młody Pelikan and Borys Piotrowski – as well as with the Kamena Rally Team, proved hugely popular. Real thrills awaited at Plac Marka, where crowds watched breathtaking stunt shows from the likes of Patryk Detmer and Stunter13, and the boldest visitors could feel the adrenaline for themselves on Drift Taxi rides. Rounding out the programme was the Volvo (Karlik) Safety Town at Plac PWK – an open educational zone where anyone could test their reactions on advanced driving simulators.
