[Minimum of 15 participants]

Ticket Prices:

Until January 31, 2025:

• Thursday (Media Day): 120.00 PLN + x PLN service fee per student
• Friday: 35.00 PLN + x PLN service fee per student
• Saturday: 40.00 PLN + x PLN service fee per student
• Sunday: 35.00 PLN + x PLN service fee per student

From February 1, 2025:

• Thursday (Media Day): 120.00 PLN + x PLN service fee per student
• Friday: 45.00 PLN + x PLN service fee per student
• Saturday: 50.00 PLN + x PLN service fee per student
• Sunday: 45.00 PLN + x PLN service fee per student

Free Tickets for Chaperones:

• 15 students – 1 free ticket for a chaperone
• 16-30 students – 2 free tickets for chaperones
• 31-45 students – 3 free tickets for chaperones
• 46-60 students – 4 free tickets for chaperones
• 61-75 students – 5 free tickets for chaperones
  ...and for every additional 15 students, 1 extra free ticket for a chaperone.

When collecting money from students, please remember to include both the ticket price and the service fee.
The service fee is applied to each individual ticket.

How to Order Group Tickets:

I. Visit the ticket sales page: https://tobilet.pl/poznan-motor-show-2025-mtp.html

II. Scroll down to the "GROUP TICKETS" section.

III. Add the total number of tickets required for students and teachers to your cart, then proceed to checkout.

IV. The system will automatically apply free tickets for chaperones (according to the guidelines mentioned earlier). Continue to checkout.

V. Log in (if you already have an account), register, or proceed without registration.

VI. Complete the necessary details and proceed to payment.

VII. Choose your preferred payment method and accept the terms and conditions.

*VIII. If you require a VAT invoice, check the box and enter your school’s details, then save your information.

IX. Click the "Order and Pay" button at the bottom and complete your payment.

X. Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided in the form.

Bus Parking

Buses can park at the Przemysłowa 2 parking lot - Poznań Główny Parking. The parking fee is 10 PLN per hour. From there, it’s just a short 700-meter walk to the East Hall entrance from Głogowska Street.
