Italian style and factory LPG. DR Automobiles makes its debut at the Poznań Motor Show
The automotive market in Poland rarely experiences premieres on such a scale. During the upcoming Poznań Motor Show, the eyes of the industry and journalists will be on the DR Automobiles stand. The Italian brand from Macchia d'Isernia is officially entering the game, presenting eleven models from four product lines. This is a debut that could shake up the segment of reasonably priced but richly equipped cars.
DR Automobiles is a company that has been developing its research and development centre and two production plants in the Molise region for years. It is there, on an area of 250,000 square metres, that cars are manufactured, combining Asian technology with European style and Italian quality control.
ThermoHybrid technology
For anyone following trends in alternative drive systems, the most interesting item on the agenda will be the proprietary ThermoHybrid system. At a time when most manufacturers are turning exclusively to expensive electrification, DR Automobiles is focusing on alternative fuels, specifically LPG.
The key distinguishing feature here is the production process. Bifuel systems are not installed by dealers, but are factory-fitted in Italy in cooperation with the renowned company BRC. Such integration at the design stage ensures not only smoother engine operation, but also complete safety of use. This is a pragmatic approach to ecology: lower exhaust emissions go hand in hand with a real reduction in operating costs, which has been the number one argument on the Polish market for years.
From city cars to off-road vehicles with a 5-year warranty
The model range that we will see in Poznań is surprisingly wide. The Italians are bringing with them a cross-section of almost the entire market:

The manufacturer is entering Poland with great confidence, as confirmed by the warranty terms. All models offered in Poland will be covered by a 5-year warranty with a limit of 100,000 kilometres. In a world where two or three years is often the standard, this is a clear signal that DR Automobiles is not afraid to verify the quality of its components.
Italian DNA in a new edition
Although drive technology plays the leading role here, the visual aspect cannot be overlooked. The design team from Molise ensures that the cars stand out from the competition with their unique Italian style. Modern driver assistance systems (ADAS) and advanced multimedia are intended to complete the picture of a comprehensive car that does not require additional payments for each piece of equipment.
