A LEGO Technic McLaren F1 car built from hundreds of thousands of bricks will be at the Poznań Motor Show 2025!
Three years ago, the LEGO Group and McLaren Racing joined forces to create a life-size model of the LEGO Technic McLaren Formula 1 car. Since then, this unique construction has visited dozens of countries around the world to now come to Poland. From 24-27 April, the model will be on display in the capital of Wielkopolska during the Poznań Motor Show.
During this year's edition of the Poznań Motor Show, fans of LEGO bricks will have the opportunity to experience extraordinary attractions prepared especially for this occasion. The LEGO Technic McLaren Formula 1 car in 1:1 scale will be standing in the exhibition space. Just like the original, this stunning brick model is a true masterpiece of engineering. The replica of the McLaren race car measures 5.7m in length. Twenty-seven LEGO Group and McLaren Racing engineers were involved in its design and construction.

Special attractions have been prepared for visitors of all ages at the Poznań Motor Show: for small and big racing fans a time repair zone will await, where everyone will be able to test their reflexes and accuracy, a car-building zone for amateur engineers, and also a wall of champions, where those wishing to do so will have the opportunity to add their unique tile on a giant chessboard. The LEGO zone will also feature an exhibition of the latest vehicle models, which will delight any fan of motoring and racing.

In addition, Poznań Motor Show and LEGO have prepared a COMPETITION in which you can win tickets to the Fair and unique sets of bricks: LEGO 77251 Speed Champions F1 McLaren Team MCL38 car! Look out for the competition post on the FB profile of the Poznań Motor Show!
The LEGO Zone at the Poznań Motor Show will be available to visit from 24-27 April between 10:00 and 18:00.

LEGO Technic McLaren Formula 1 construction details:
- The 1:1 scale McLaren Formula 1 Race Car is up to 9 times larger than the LEGO Technic set
- The model consists of 5 separate parts: 4 wheels, body, 4 suspensions, halo and front spoiler
- 27 people were involved in designing and building a life-size LEGO Technic McLaren F1 model
- Building the car took a total of 1,893 hours and required as many as 288,315 LEGO bricks
- The dimensions of the model are: 5.7 m long and 2.4 m wide
