MOVE − INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY CONGRESS

A special event in the electromobility industry co-organised by that Polish Alternative Fuels Association and Grupa MTP will be held on 28-29 March. This year's edition of the MOVE Mobility & Vehicles Congress within Poznan Motor Show 2019 is a unique forum of experts from the entire new mobility value chain. 1,000 participants, 100 speakers, 20 exhibitors within the expo zone, but most of all 5 themes: energy and loading, transport as a service, new business models, smart city and innovation. The ambition of the organisers of this largest automotive trade fair in Poland and fourth largest in Europe is each year to discuss the leading trends in the e-mobility sector, create a debate in this field and predict changes in the automotive market. Industry leaders, international experts and market practitioners, as well as representatives of the administration were invited to participate in the Congress. You cannot miss it.

National Championship for Mechanics

The organisers of the Polish National Championship for Mechanics is Grupa MTP the Cooperatio Foundation bringing together experts, representatives of trade organisations and companies cooperating for the benefit of road safety and promoting the development of technical education. The championship partners are ExxonMobil − the initiator of the Young Mechanic category, ZF Aftermarket, Academy of Practical Skills, Driver Academy, febi, FILTRON, Kolejowe Zakłady Łączności, Uni-Trol, Best-Pol and Yanosik. And the patrons of the Young Agricultural Machinery Mechanic category are Kramp, the manufacturer of tractors and agricultural machinery John Deere, the largest agricultural monthly in Poland TOP AGRAR, and the new agricultural magazine Profi.

Grzegorz Duda − multiple champion in rallies and a face familiar from TVN Turbo emphasises that the desire to test your knowledge and practical skills should be the ambition of every good mechanic: “If I were to list professions where you learn throughout life, without hesitation I would start from the mechanic. The National Championship for Mechanics in Poznan attracts the biggest enthusiasts in this profession. I am convinced that winning in the contest of this rank can be translated into business success of a workshop, while young people may count on a better career start. I encourage you to participate and keep my fingers crossed” − adds Grzegorz Duda the Championship ambassador, a mechanic by profession.

National Automotive Knowledge Tournament

Poznan Motor Show will once again feature the National Automotive Knowledge Tournament organised under the patronage of the Minister of Education. The tournament is open to students of automotive vocational schools and technicians. The tournament will take place on three levels. There are two school categories (vocational and technical schools), and points in the school ranking are counted separately. The final includes two stages − the first is a written test of knowledge. In the second stage, the best ten students will check their knowledge in practical tasks. In between the individual stages you can participate in quizzes with interesting prizes.

The tournament is in a sense a trampoline. The winners and those awarded have no problems in the labour market − says Sebastian Klauz, publisher of the “Nowoczesny Warsztat” monthly.

Stunt Wars Poland

Stunt Wars Poland is an international stunt riding competition of freestyle riders.The organisers are people with a passion and heart for sports motorcycles. For many years, they have been actively involved in the Polish stunt scene co-organising, supporting and promoting the event. Involved in the organisation of events, also professionally, they decided to combine expertise with a passion during Poznan Motor Show to create a memorable competition for the international community and a show for all visitors! The main sponsor of the competition is Motul.

Participants in the competition can win cash prizes. The first place winner will get PLN 6,000.

National Caravanning Rally

The fair will also feature the 9th edition of the caravanning rally organised together with the Camper Team, with the participation of 85 crews. The fair visitors will be able to see a variety of campers, get to know the smallest details of their design, and above all to talk to travellers about this kind of travel. Certainly it will be a great opportunity to catch the bug and to chose to travel around the world independently keeping away from all-inclusive hotels.

Automotive Videoblogger Arena

The Automotive Videoblogger Zone will be organised for the second time during Poznan Motor Show. It will be a two-day event, during which Internet creators will inspire thousands of spectators with their automotive passion. During interviews they will show the automotive world in an unconventional and often downright uncompromising way. On Saturday and Sunday you will see among others: Gosia Rdest, Mateusz Borowski, Lolek Motopasje, Patryk Pachura, KickSter, Motosynteza, Robert Rogowski of the Ścigacz.pl service, Saturday Car Fever, Marcin Domagala of the OTOMOTO portal, and Wojciech Sikora of Motobanda. The meeting will be held on Saturday and Sunday in Hall No. 6.
The theme to be discussed by the influencers is: “Eco: hot or not.”

Best Cars Gala

In 12 countries of Europe and in China, Brazil and Mexico, anyone can be a member of the Jury that chooses the best cars among 385 models divided into 11 classes. Poland's results will be announced during the official gala organised as part Poznan Motor Show 2019.
